Package weight
If coffee is less than or equal to 0.5kg/bag, our DB-300 model can complete 2 tons/day (calculated based on 8 hours a day); if coffee is greater than or equal to 1kg/bag, our DB-430 can complete 2.8 tons/day (calculated based on 8 hours a day). Bag type
The bag type directly affects the packaging speed of the packaging machine. At present, DP-Pack’s prefab bag packing machine can complete sides gusset pouch, flat bottom pouch, zipper standup pouch, general flat pouch,and so on. For general bags flat pouch, our actual speed can reach about 12 bags per minute. For the side gusset pouch, the flat bottom pouch is relatively slow, which is directly related to the structure of the bag.
Bag material
The bag material also affects the packaging speed of the packaging machine. If the material of the bag is very soft or thin, it is not good for the suction cup to grab and open the bag, and it will affect the speed of the machine. If the material of the bag is very thick, it will be more difficult for the suction cup to open the bag.
Weighing capacity
The weighing capacity directly affects the weighing speed. In general, on the same scale, if the weighing capacity is larger, the speed will be slightly slower. If the number of scales is different, a multi-head scale will weigh faster than a single-head scale! This is easy to understand. It seems that several people work faster than one person. Maybe you sometimes feel that some single-head scales are also very fast. It is like letting one person work hard to equalize the speed of several people. In this case, Not only the accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Secondly, the fluidity of the packaging also directly affects the weighing speed. The better the fluidity, the faster the weighing speed. For example, the packaging materials with good fluidity such as coffee beans and seeds are faster than the viscous materials. To achieve the purpose of speeding up the packaging speed.
